Fathers Day Hike in Golden

Fathers Day was very fun. We went on a hike near Golden. The weather was perfect and everyone had a great time. Gavin walked a lot of the way back and also did a bit of rock climbing. Ruby loved the view from her back pack!

Backyard Fun!

The backyard is definitely the place to be at our house this summer! Scott has been working hard on it for a few months and it's great. We have a new patio, grass, hammock, playhouse (formerly doghouse :P) and grill. The kids love it. Here are some pics from last week of Ruby, Gavin and Daddy.

Spring

The kids are growing like weeds! Here are some random pics of Mommy and Gavin and Ruby. Gavin turned two on May 25. This is from the family gathering. As you can see, a casual affair! Gavin took gymnastics every Thursday this Spring and he loved it. There were lots of fun things to do like jump on trampolines, climb inflatable rope walls, hang on rings, etc...etc...The one of Gavin and Mommy is from Jack's fundraiser for MPS. Almost everyone was in purple to show support and awareness for MPS, but I couldn't find a purple shirt for G! And then there's Mommy and Ruby-a self portrait!

April

Ruby and Gavin are growing like little Spring flowers! Here is Daddy and Ruby on Easter Sunday. We were invited to Jen's house and had a lot of fun. Gavin enjoyed the candy and Scott enjoyed the homemade red velvet cake! The next pic is Ruby hanging out on the bar in a box! And the final pic is of Gavin and Ruby taking a bath. Lis came to visit and helped out a lot. She's holding Ruby in the tub while G and R play together. Gavin can't wait till she can sit up and play with him in there!
