Hanging on Ke'e beach with aunt Kathy

We are in kauai this week with Bob, Kathy and the boys.  Gavin and Ruby are still adjusting to the time change, but he is having a great time.  He got to do some snorkeling this morning with Bob and saw a huge morey eel!  He was so excited, but loves digging in the sand most of all.

Spring Break in Tucson

Ruby, Gavin and I are having a really great time in Tucson. Of course we wish Scott were here, but he is busy giving a presentation at a higher ed IT Conference in Denver. We went to the Desert Museum today and it was really cool. I hadn't been since I was a little kid. It's like a zoo, but just with Sonoran Desert animals. It had a neat cave exhibit that was a hit with Gavin. Gavin loved the bat exhibit. He and Steffi spelunked in the cave as well and he did not get scared (much). Steffi, Lis, Kendra, Katie, and me and the kids hit the pool yesterday. Well we hit the jacuzzi because the pool is still a little nippy. The next pic is of Gavin and Steffi playing at Casa Molina. Gavin and Ruby like Mexican food! The bottom pic is of Lis giving Ruby her first taste of a lemon Eegee. Ruby was wearing her Wildkitty shirt as a show of support for their Elite 8 showing. Eegees and Wildcats-2 Arizona Favorites! The weather is beautiful, about 80 degrees. Scott says it has snowed the last two nights in Denver. It's been great wearing shorts and t shirts every day!

The crocodile hunter

This was at the lake across the street from our house.  We had no idea we had crocs in Denver.

Gavin gnashed his terrible teeth, and roared his terrible roars and he was named the most wild thing of all.
